More Blow Off Valves

It's nice to see that my blow off valves are being adopted by other Ghibli owners. Here's a picture of another Ghibli with the valves fitted, this time by another owner (Mark) in the Netherlands and fitted by Jorrit at Auto Forza.

Mark seems pretty happy with them, particularly with the distinctive noise!

If anyone else is interested in fitting these valves then drop me an email and I'll be more than happy to give you the details!

Thanks for posting, Jonny. And, yes, I am very happy with them and can recommend them to anyone driving a biturbo engine without BOVs. The sound is realy exhilerating but perhaps more important: your turbo's will have a more happy and longer life !
Cheers,
mark

Johnny, would love some info on the valves. I used to have a 425 that I fitted Bosch plastic ones on, now I have a 430 and would like a better set. Please email me at Sogode46us@yahoo.com

Thanks,
Ade

Hi Johnny, I too would like some further info about the dumpvalves. I also own a pre 94 Ghibli. Checked out the Forge website but no related products for Maserati.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi there Nick

Good to hear from you! Forge don't have the parts listed on their site, presumably because there's not a big market for Maserati. However, if you drop them an email (the address is on their site) and tell them what you're after (might help to reference my name) then they'll definitely sort you out with what you need.

Mark, whose old Ghibli is pictured here, has just received some new BOVs for his Shamal, so they're definitely still supplying bespoke parts.

If you don't get anywhere with them then drop me a line and I'll get in touch with them for you.

Cheers... Jonny.
